Virginia C. Midkiff , 71, of Merryville, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2009 at Merryville Nursing
Center in Merryville.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Knight Community and from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in
Knight Community.
Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Wednesday August 26, 2009 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Knight Community, with burial at Hinson Cemetery. Bro. Wayne Squyres will officiate.
Survivors include her sons
Kirk Midkiff and wife, Connie of Evans, Craig Midkiff and wife, Tammie of Merryville; daughter Angela Kay and husband, Sam of Leesville; brother Rex Clark of Arlington, Texas; sisters Flora Kerr of Gainsville, Texas and Jane Williams of Gainsville,
Texas; grandchildren Heather Midkiff Nash and husband, David Of Burr Ferry, Dustin Midkiff of Evans, Lee Midkiff of Merryville, Lacia Midkiff Kay and husband, Brennon of Burr Ferry, Lauren Midkiff of Merryville, Zach Mueller of Omaha, Neb. Dawn Kay
of Florien; great grandchildren Tanner Nash, Trenton Nash, Kaydence Kay, Hayden Kay, Addison Midkiff, Krystal Parker and husband, Kirk and Kyrsten Brown; great great grandchildren Paislea Parker, Peyton Parker and Kaydence Brown. She is also survived
by many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband: David LeRoy Midkiff; father and mother, Sterling and Nora Clark;sister Beth Clark Capps; brother Paul Clark; stepmother Lillie Clark; grandson Thomas David Kay;
nephew Steve Williams.
