Funeral services for Amanda Jo Byrd, 25, of New Llano will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, August 27 at the Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville with Rev. Ray Blanchard officiating. The burial will follow in the Stephens Cemetery.
Friends may visit Wednesday, August 26 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Then Thursday, August 27 from 9 a.m. until service time in the funeral home. Services are under the direction of the Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville.

Amanda was born in Houston, Texas and she passed away at her residence in New Llano Saturday, August 22. She graduated from Leesville High School in 2005 and had lived in New Llano for the past 15 years. She was preceded in death by
her sister Angel Byrd.
She is survived by her parents,Robert and Lola Byrd of New Llano; Birth-mother, Rhondia Brookshire of Leesville; brother, Clayton W. Byrd of Ft. Hood, Texas; Half-brother Terry Brookshire, Jr. of Leesville; and
her grandmother, Honey G. Bratcher of New Llano.
