Claude Maxwell

Claude “Grump” Maxwell, 78, of Anacoco, died Thursday, July 30, 2009, at his residence. A nineteen year
former resident of Lumberton, Texas, Claude was a retired Chief Petty Officer.
Survivors include his wife, Maureen Maxwell of Anacoco; son, Ron Maxwell and his wife Lundy of Fredericksburg, Va.; daughter, Angela Maxwell of Anacoco;
grandchildren, April Brown, Sam Molinski, Aaron Maxwell, Seth Molinski, Caitlin Ballew, Stephen Molinski and Ethan Maxwell; great-grandchildren, Riley Maxwell and Matthew Brown; sisters-in-law, Mickey Lothrop and Marcy Sarver and her husband Cecil;
niece, Jeanne Hotard; and nephew, Fred Maxwell.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, August 2, 2009, Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont, Texas, with Reverend Michael Strother and Reverend Cliff Schadler officiating. Interment
will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. A gathering of his family and friends was at 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. Saturday, August 1, 2009, at the mortuary.
