Blanche Dorothy Jinks 90, passed from this life on July 10, 2009 in Burr Ferry. Visitation will be held Sunday, July 12, 2009 from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. at Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery, Slagle,
under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 13, 2009 at 10 a.m. at the Hixson Funeral Home Chapel.
Survivors include her three sons; Jimmy and Sharon Jinks of Anacoco; Tommy and Leada Jinks
of Anacoco; Bert and Brenda Jinks of Hicks; two daughters, Barbara and Rodger Shoemate of Clute, Texas and Fran and Jerry Ritter of Burr Ferry. She had a host of grand and great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and
nephewes.
She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, J.B. Jinks and a grandson Joseph Jinks.
