James Irue Bakat, “PaPa,” 87, of Cleveland, Texas was born August 30, 1921 in Hornbeck. Mr. Bakat passed
away Thursday, July 2, 2009 in Humble, Texas. His parents were John Joseph Bakat and Nellie B Stark who preceded him in death along with his sister, Allene Blackburn and his brother, Paul Stark.
He is survived by his loving wife, Murl
Bakat; sons, Johnny Bakat and wife, Kathy and Leslie Bakat; sister, Joeline Robinson; grandchild, Marcy Bakat; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other treasured family members and cherished friends beyond measure.
