Graveside services for Leola Liles Glaspy of Burnet, Texas, will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, June 8, 2009, at Beech Grove Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be at Beech Grove Methodist Church from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Services are under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville.
Mrs. Glaspy was born in Vernon Parish May 8, 1926, the daughter of John and Mable Harvey Liles. She entered eternal rest Friday, June 5, 2009
in Burnet, Texas. She moved to Houston, Texas at a young age.
She worked as a welder during WWII. Mrs. Glaspy retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone with 34 years service. Following retirement she moved to Burnet, Texas in 1984. She
was a member of the Hill Country Singles.
Mrs. Glaspy was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, John Milton Liles.
She is survived by one daughter, Doris Ann Willis of Anacoco; one son, Mike Glaspy and wife
Cheryl of Burnet, Texas; one granddaughter, Pam Bass and husband Mike of Kountze, Texas; two grandsons, Benny Willis and wife Terri of Anacoco, and Clay Glaspy and wife Melissa of Burnet, Texas; four great-grandsons, Jared Willis of Anacoco, James
Glaspy of Burnet, Phillip Romero of Little Rock, Ark., and Brannan Romero of Anacoco; eight great-granddaughters, Alexis Willis of Anacoco, Devan Ambrose and husband Randy of Lumberton, Texas, Randi Bass of Lumberton, Texas, Tennille Hill and husband
Chris of Little Rock, Ark., Crystal Terry and husband Lewis of Leesville, Michelle Romero of Anacoco, Madison Krakker and Haley Krakker of Burnet, Texas; three great-great granddaughters, Nevaeh Hill of Little Rock, Kacie Terry of Leesville, and Emma
Jones of Lumberton; three great-great grandsons, Garrett Hill of Little Rock, Preston Ambrose and Landon Ambrose of Lumberton; one sister, Louise and husband Rev. Ted Broadway, Sr. of Channelview, Texas; one sister-in-law, Tommy Jean Liles of
Lexington, Texas; and also numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
