Mr. Jay Smith 68, passed away at his residence on May 5, 2009 in Leesville.
Formerly of Kittanning, Penn. he had been a resident of Leesville since 1999.
He was a retired painter and was a Viet Nam Veteran
having served two tours of duty.
Memorial services will be held with this family at a later date in Worthington, Penn.
Local survirors include sister in law: Sandy Smith of Leesville; and Nephew Dirk Smith of
Evans.
Special Friends and caretakers: Cassie and Shane Coates of Leesville.
He was also survived by son, Randy Toy of Kittanning; sister, Sally Julus of Worthington, Penn.; brother, Dale Smith of Leechburg,
Penn.
Local arrangements were under the care of Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville.
