Funeral services for James Donnell Davis, 51, of Alaska, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 24, 2009 at New Willow Baptist Church in Leesville with the Rev. Harrison Fields officiating.

Burial will
follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Leesville. Friends may visit Saturday, January 24, from 10 a.m. until time of funeral at the church.

Mr. Davis passed away on January 11, 2009.


He is survived by one son, James Butler of Panama City, Fla.; brothers, John H. Davis Jr., Richard Davis, both of Anchorage, Alaska, and Leonard Davis of Angola; sisters, Mae Haire, Patricia Quiney, Sharon Hawkins and Sherlyn Meeks all of
Anchorage Alaska, Lois Davis of Leesville and Cynthia Harris of North Carolina; and one grandson, Daquan Williams of Dothan, Ala.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Labby Memorial Funeral Home in
Leesville.
